Lost Wax Casting, Step 3: Lost Wax Casting

This is the stage considered the heart of the metal investment casting factory. After creating a solid and precise ceramic mold, the metal is melted for casting.

After removing the wax from the ceramic mold, we still need to heat the mold to a high temperature. This step is very important. It ensures that the investment casting mold will not crack when exposed to high temperature molten metal.

Molten metal (stainless steel, iron, copper, etc.) is poured into a preheated mold cavity. This process is absolutely error-free. At the end of this process, we obtain high-precision metal castings from pre-made molds.
