After the detailed finishing stage, we have the final investment casting product. For partners who request, ĐẠI LỢI RECOVINA also carries out the inspection and testing of investment casting products for certification.
Inspection: After the steps have been performed, the parts need to be inspected for surface and subsurface defects. Visual and fluorescent penetrant inspection is performed on the surfaces.
Further, X-rays are used to identify subsurface defects.
Other tests to evaluate the quality of the flow sample. Final size inspection, alloy test results and standards are verified before delivery to the customer.
